The Lover’s Tale
Once upon a time there existed a Lover
Who could love no other but Her
He described Her as enchanting
Truly divine with angelic qualities
The Lover loved Her with every breath
Every sacred minute
With all his compassion
With his heart
Fate, it seemed was never meant to be
For she could never love him
The Lover Continued to love Her ardently
Passionately and with steadfastness
Everyone wondered why he still loved Her
And he would be quoted saying:
“What’s love worth if it is to be given up on so easily?”
Time went on as due
And on a day which seemed as if angels had descended
They took their vows
And forever lived on the tranquil throne of Love
